• Prior Management experience in retail.
• Skills to build relationships and repeat business.
• The ability to inspire, lead and manage a team including: Training, Performance Management, Recruitment and Team Building.
• Proven ability to exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Excellent communication, conversational and interpersonal skills.
